From scrunched to spacious—thank you for joining us!
Hi Friends,
✨ I feel more...
"balanced, grounded, tall, spacious, flexible in the hips, centered!"
These are just some of the words students used to describe how they felt after our recent Hip/Pelvis/Low Back Workshop series with Loo Movement.
We had such a wonderful time coming together, not only to learn, but also to remind ourselves that we’re not alone in navigating these challenges. There’s something powerful about being in a group of like-minded wellness seekers (our kind of “movement nerds” 🤓) people who don’t just want a quick fix, but who want to learn how to care for their bodies.
In this workshop, we explored:
Common inefficient movement patterns and how to shift them into healthier ones
Effective ways to stretch, release, and strengthen the hips
How to improve spinal mobility and stability
Personalized alignment corrections, such as how to better align your pelvis, to help each of us move with more ease
Workshops like this are a beautiful way to round out your regular class practice. They take things to the next level, giving you a deeper understanding and practical tools you can carry into everyday life.
We’re so grateful for everyone who showed up with curiosity, openness, and dedication to self-care. This work isn’t just about the hips, it’s about creating more space, freedom, and resilience in the body as a whole.
Check out the pictures and video below of what we got up to!
🌿 Stay tuned! More workshops are on the horizon, and we’d love for you to join the next one.
