Loo Movement Reformer Pilates Turns One!

Hi Friends,

We hit another Loo Movement milestone: Reformer Pilates class turns one year old this month! It all started during the pandemic when I had the idea to expand my offerings to include more small group classes. I consistently see that classes give you a way to learn in a different setting as well as a wellness community to lean on.

Reformer Pilates class fits into the Loo Movement universe as another form of group “prehab” to notice early signs and clues of potential problem areas and to improve them before they get worse. Our class is a great way to reset your alignment after all the hours of sitting at your computer or driving in your car. We work on strengthening under-developed muscles, lengthening tight areas, and improving spinal stability through core strengthening movements.

It’s different from what you might experience in another studio, because of the emphasis we put on healing, embodied awareness, and long-term prevention. Students find that this type of Pilates class is a great active recovery for their sports, daily lives, or more adventurous activities. You’ll walk away feeling lighter and taller, while also rejuvenated! Plus, it’s a way to keep up your Loo Movement practice with my guidance in a small group setting at a lower price point.

Class is limited to 6 students, and it often fills up, so snag your spot sooner than later!

Hope to see you in class!

Stay curious,
