FOR CURRENT LOO MOVEMENT STUDENTS ONLY
This physical therapist-inspired movement class is designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall strength. Valerie will guide you into a calm, centered state of heightened body awareness, followed by a sequence of mobility and core exercises that will reset and restore your body to improved alignment. Loo Movement is a 6-step mind-body practice that will teach you how to register and integrate positive changes into your standing posture, so that you’ll move better and can continue to participate pain-free in the activities and sports you love! Some experience with movement or meditation is helpful.
